How do I reschedule an appointment?

For residential customers: at least 1 day advance notice. For corporate or project clients: at least 7 days notice required.

What is your warranty policy?

90 days guarantee on all workmanship after installation. After this period we can liaise with the brand to investigate abnormal appliance behavior.

Which provinces do you cover?

Most areas of Thailand. Verify your location via our LINE OA channel before booking.

Can you handle multiple AC types in one building?

Yes. Wall type and Ceiling type can be handled simultaneously. For Cassette type, a site survey is required first to evaluate the air pipe system.

3. Service Bookings and Quotes

Submitting a contact or booking form constitutes an enquiry only, not a binding contract. A service agreement is formed only upon our written or verbal confirmation and acceptance of the service request. Quoted prices are estimates and may be revised following an on-site assessment.

4. Payment and Cancellations

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee at our discretion.

5. Warranty

Where applicable, workmanship warranties will be detailed in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on products supplied by us are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturer. We do not offer warranties on customer-supplied equipment unless explicitly agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Sivadon Logistics Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
